About the Role:
As a pivotal member of the healthcare team, you will deliver exceptional, patient-centered care aligned with departmental standards and state regulations. You will collaborate with physicians and caregivers to provide personalized and compassionate care, following our nursing frameworks. By acting as an advocate for patients and their families, you will embody our organization’s values and mission.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients upon admission and throughout each shift, promptly addressing any changes in their condition.
• Executing medical orders and performing necessary procedures while ensuring timely and accurate documentation in patients' medical records.
• Administering medications and monitoring patient responses, ready to take action in case of adverse reactions.
• Providing education to patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-care instructions, simplifying complex medical terms for clarity.
Qualifications:
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
