Job Summary and Qualifications
• Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with department standards and nursing practices.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to offer comprehensive and compassionate care using established nursing models.
• Advocating for patients, families, and caregivers to ensure an exceptional patient experience and positive outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program to complete degree within 5 years.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in North Carolina, eNLC license as applicable, BLS Certification.
