What will you do in this role?
• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions during admission and throughout your shifts, responding promptly to changes.
• Perform medical procedures as ordered and ensure accurate documentation of care administration.
• Administer medications and monitor effects, taking action as needed.
• Provide exceptional care by anticipating patient needs and educating them and their families about medical conditions and treatment plans.

Qualifications:
• Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program, obtaining a BSN within 5 years of hire.
• Preferred Education: Master’s in Nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina (or eNLC license).
• Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider.
