By collaborating with medical professionals, you'll provide personalized and compassionate care, following best practices in our department. • Assess patient conditions during admissions and shifts, promptly reporting any changes in status. • Administer prescribed treatments and medications with thorough documentation in patient records. • Respond to patient needs proactively, ensuring high-quality care and support. • Educate patients and families about medical conditions and treatment plans, ensuring they understand care instructions. Qualifications: • Graduation from an accredited nursing school. • BSN required within 24 months of hiring if hired after 6/1/12. • At least 1 year of acute care experience within the last three years required; neuroscience experience preferred. • Current RN license in Texas or compact license required. • AHA or ARC BLS certification current.
