IU Health Paoli is a Critical Access hospital serving Orange and surrounding counties. Our Medical Surgical unit contains 18 Semi-Private Beds, and cares for a variety of conditions. We offer a variety of services to our patients including 24/7 Respiratory Care Services, Radiology, Visiting Specialty Service Consultations, Hospitalist Program, and Telemedicine.
Certification is encouraged and supported.

Qualifications:
• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN);
Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Exceptions:
Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
