This role involves leading the provision of patient care using the nursing process, aligning with the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. You will effectively delegate, direct, and support your team, maintaining accountability for quality patient outcomes while honoring the diverse backgrounds of those we serve. Education
• Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Work Experience
• Required: None.
Certifications
• Required: Current registered nurse (RN) license in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Preferred: Certification in clinical specialty area.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
• Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.

Physical and Environmental Demands
