Description Department: MHS C Mother Baby Care Unit Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Nights Pay: $35.29 - $54.71 / hour. Pay is based on relevant experience. This role requires onsite presence and does not offer a hybrid or remote option. In addition to base pay and night shift differential, full-time night shift RNs can participate in UCHealth's night shift incentive pay program after orientation. Minimum Requirements: • Graduate of an accredited or state board approved Registered/Professional Nursing program. Less than 3 years of experience may apply. • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and relevant certifications as determined by the position level. • 6 months of nursing experience in Women and Infants or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program. • NRP certification within 6 months of hire or transfer. • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, valid for at least sixty days after hire.
