Registered Nurse, Mother/Baby Night Shift (Live-In Assignments) in Nashville, TN

Responsibilities: • Participate in live-in assignments for extended contract durations, as required by the role • Availability and flexibility to accept travel assignments • Provide infant care, including giving baths, assisting with feedings, changing diapers, and changing clothes • Support mothers postpartum, including nutritional and emotional support • Assess mother and baby as appropriate and document care • Educate parents on infant care and self-care practices • Ensure a safe and compassionate environment • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement patient care plans • Adhere to professional standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelines Experience: • Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting • Experience in mother/baby or pediatric care • Familiarity with mother/baby care protocol including sleep strategies • Proficient in conducting assessments, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications Requirements: • Valid Registered Nurse license in Tennessee • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent education • Current BLS/CPR certification (adult and infant) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Benefits: • 1:1 patient to nurse ratio, intimate in-home care • Flexible hours to be home with your own family during the day • Peaceful work environment • Supportive work environment with a collaborative team • Bonuses for referrals, birthdays, and anniversaries • Not required to work holidays If you are a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for supporting moms and babies, we encourage you to apply.
