Community Medical Center Toms River is looking for an MS / Tele RN! - RWJ Facility Requirements : - Minimum of 1.5+ years of current MS / Tele experience - AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications - Experience with 1 : 6 pt ratio - Willing to float (units below) - Proficient in the interpretation / management of dysrhythmias - 2 clinical leadership references from assignments within the last 2 years, at least one leadership reference must be a manager, director, supervisor, or lead. Floating Requirements / Ratios : Candidates are required to float within their skillset, no exceptions. Ratios vary based on census and staffing. When floated, RNs will be assigned a patient ratio based on patient acuity License / Certifications : An active NJ or Compact license is required at the time of submission.
