Registered Nurse - MS/Tele in Newburgh Heights, OH

ALL requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made. Day shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7am-730pm Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start *ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Charge RN refs accepted! ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked
