MS / Tele RN Shifts : 3x12 nights 1900-0730 M-F No call No weekends Certs required : BLS and NIHSS Certs preferred : ACLS and CPI Avg. Daily Census : 16-18 Beds : 24 Staffing Ratios : Nights 1 : 5 Patient Age Group : Adults and Geriatrics Float required within service line and scope Unit Accepts 1st time Travelers Years of exp required : 1 year Locals accepted : No 75-mile radius Pending License accepted : No Acute Medical Unit. Medical and Telemetry patients. EKG rhythm identification non-titrating cardiac drips Epic charting preferred. Acutely ill adult and geriatric general medicine / surgical or infectious disease patients that may require telemetry monitoring for non-acute cardiac conditions. Including advanced medication infusion without increase titration. Decrease / weaning is allowed.
