Requirements Experience 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Must have at least 6 months of Emergency Department experience with 12 months within the past 12 months. Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. References Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role License Candidates must have a South Dakota license or compact license Certifications BLS (Required) ACLS (Required) PALS (Required) NRP (Required) TNCC (Preferred) Vaccinations Flu vaccination required. Additional Details: ER/Med Surg Required Skills/Experience: 6 months MS experience in the past year. Required Credentials: • Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. -NRP- Would be great to have on hand, can be done onsite with approval. Shift & Scheduling: • Every other weekend and holiday. • 3 Call Shifts Required in a 13 week contract. Floating Requirements: Will float between ER and Med Surg.
