The NICU at our hospital is a 51-bed unit that serves approximately 900 admissions each year, offering a Level III Neonatal ICU experience unique to our region.

Job Summary and Qualifications
• Lead the delivery of professional nursing care, ensuring patient comfort and wellbeing.
• Utilize the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide comprehensive care to patients and families.
• Implement prescribed medical interventions effectively.
Qualifications:
• Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within five years of hire
• Preferred Education: Master’s in Nursing
• Required License/Certifications: Current RN license with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply.
• Certificate: BLS Healthcare Provider
• Preferred License/Certifications: National Certification in your specialty area
• Required Experience: Previous NICU nursing experience is essential.
