This role is essential in providing exceptional patient care using the nursing process within the guidelines of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. You will effectively delegate, direct, and assist team members to ensure quality patient outcomes while embracing cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity in every interaction.

Education
Required - Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Work Experience
Required - None.
Certifications
Required - Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred - Certification in the clinical specialty area.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
• Proficient in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for clear presentation of information to various individuals throughout the patient care process.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
