Join our dynamic team at UCHealth, where we make a difference in patient lives every day! We are currently searching for a passionate Registered Nurse for our Neuro ICU, located at UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO.

Position Details:
• FTE: Full Time, 0.9 (72.00 hours per pay period)
• Shift: Day and Night Rotation
• Pay: Competitive rates ranging from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour, based on relevant experience

Minimum Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited or state-approved nursing program and valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• At least 6 months of ICU nursing experience or successful completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross; must be valid for at least 60 days after hire.

Your Role:
• Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, complex ICU environment.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Embrace evidence-based practices, focusing on patient wellness and safety.
• Support and mentor new healthcare team members.
• Be open to continuous learning and adapting in an innovative clinical setting.

About the ICU:
• Engage in direct patient care while applying AACN's Synergy Model and adhering to specialty certification standards.
• Receive comprehensive support from Clinical Educators for specialized education and competency validation.
