Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care that meets the specific needs of the department. In collaboration with medical providers, the RN delivers individualized and compassionate care by utilizing established nursing models. The RN serves as an advocate for patients and their families, reflecting our organization's commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Administers medications and performs procedures as ordered, documenting all care fully and promptly.
• Educates patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medication management, ensuring clear understanding of complex information.
• Informs patients and families about lifestyle changes that promote health and well-being.
• Implements evidence-based practices and participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute individualized treatment plans that support holistic recovery.
Qualifications:
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
• Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
