Job Summary and Qualifications We are looking for an energetic ICU RN to join our team. Your role will involve providing vital care for patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessment. You'll be responsible for making critical clinical judgments and managing patient treatment independently. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care. Responsibilities: • Act as a patient and family advocate, maintaining confidentiality and privacy. • Educate patients and families about medications and treatment plans. • Deliver high-quality care and engage in continuous improvement practices. Job Requirements: • Valid Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license preferred. Compact license holders must obtain Florida licensure within 60 days of relocating. • BLS Certification from an AHA Provider required within 30 days of employment. • ACLS Certification required within 6 months of hire. • BSN preferred; CCRN certification preferred.
