The RN will primarily support the Neurology clinic located at 2600 Ferry St, Lafayette, with occasional coverage at the Nephrology office. Key responsibilities include triaging incoming phone calls and portal messages, managing patient symptoms, handling prescription requests, and providing general clinical support. Flexibility to float between clinics is required based on operational needs.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

No weekends! No holidays!

Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.

Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.

Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.

Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.

Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
