Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
• Planning and coordinating comprehensive patient care, including assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, to implement and evaluate care plans.
• Providing compassionate care to patients throughout preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up across the care continuum.
• Demonstrating nursing competency and utilizing your comprehensive expertise effectively.

Qualifications
We require a graduate from an accredited nursing program and prefer candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in nursing. Candidates must possess an unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing where you will practice and meet any department-specific competencies and certifications.
