Registered Nurse - New Graduate Program in Blende, CO

Position: RN Graduate - practice specialty designation upon interview and hire

Summary: Join our dynamic team at UCHealth as part of the esteemed Nurse Residency Program, designed for new graduates! In your first 12 months, you will practice under the guidance of experienced professionals, ensuring compliance with our organization’s standards and values.

Work Schedule: Full Time - be prepared to rotate to night shift or follow the unit-specific schedule, working 0.9 FTE (72 hours per pay period).

Location: Parkview Medical Center (Pueblo, CO) and Parkview Pueblo West (Pueblo, CO) with positions available in various units, including:
• Acute Care
• Oncology
• Critical Care
• Emergency Department
• Pediatrics
• Cath Lab
• Inpatient Rehab
• Float Pool

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Registered/Professional Nursing program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, valid prior to your start date.

Compensation: Competitive pay rate ranging from $32.01 to $38.91 per hour based on specialty upon hiring.
