Transition to Practice Nurse Residency Program:
We proudly offer a year-long Nurse Residency Program for newly graduated nurses, focusing on building a strong foundation for a rewarding nursing career. The program enhances engagement and retention while providing continuing education credits upon completion.
Who Can Apply:
New graduates from accredited nursing programs (ADN or higher, BSN preferred) are encouraged to apply. Applicants must possess a current New Mexico RN license or an equivalent Compact State Nursing License.
