As a Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, supported by the Nursing Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. You will effectively lead and support licensed and ancillary team members, ensuring accountability for quality patient outcomes while respecting cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity.
Required Education
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Preferred Education
• Bachelor's degree in nursing.
Work Experience
• None required.
Certifications Required
• Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Certifications
• Certification in a clinical specialty area.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
• Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
