Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for our NICU in Arlington Heights, Illinois, working days on a per diem basis.
• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients, monitoring vital signs and administering treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate and support families throughout the neonatal journey.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and hospital policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
