
Registered Nurse - Night Shift in Beavercreek, OR

As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include evaluating, monitoring, and delivering direct patient care services. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to develop and implement patient care plans. This position requires a current nursing license in Oregon and offers a chance to make a real difference in the lives of adolescents facing eating disorders.
Schedule: 7pm-7am on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate the admission process and complete initial nursing assessments within 24 hours.
• Monitor vital signs, conduct patient assessments, and document findings accurately.
• Assist in coordinating patient consultations and provide education on self-administration of medications.
• Maintain accurate medication records and facilitate pharmacy communications.
• Collect laboratory specimens as ordered and manage the communication of results.
• Support a therapeutic environment and collaborate with the treatment team for individualized care.
• Participate in discharge planning and ensure a smooth transition for patients.
Qualifications:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
• Valid Nursing licensure in Oregon.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable and organized with a strong safety awareness.
