Shift Detail: 36hr Night Shift RN 7:00pm-7:00am, every other weekend and rotating holidays.

As a member of the Shea team, you will provide skilled and compassionate care to patients in a specialized multi-level inpatient unit. Our 30-bed medical-surgical and telemetry unit is the cornerstone of our department, supplemented by additional beds for step-down/PCU and orthopedic patients. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to serving our community's needs.
Position Summary: As a Registered Nurse, you will leverage the nursing process to develop tailored care plans that address the physical, psychosocial, spiritual, cultural, educational, and developmental needs of patients.
Qualifications
• Experience: Knowledge of nursing processes and customer service principles; acute care hospital experience preferred; national certification in specialty is a plus; IV skills preferred; secondary language skills are an asset.
• Licensure/Certification: Current BLS certification required. ACLS certified or completion within 3 months of employment. PCU training is required within 6 months for new graduates and within 3 months for experienced RNs.
• Qualifications: Must have or be in the process of obtaining a current CT RN license and have graduated from an accredited nursing program.
