Salary Range: $32.50 - $48.00

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to residents using a systematic approach which encompasses assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work collaboratively with residents and families, as well as with interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure optimal outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Caring for residents across all phases of preventative care and treatment.
• Coordinating care and conducting resident assessments.
• Providing resident education and various nursing interventions.
• Serving as the charge nurse and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel appropriately.
• Ensuring safe and reliable administration of care, supporting team members when needed.
• Upholding the scopes and standards of nursing practice in accordance with state regulations.

Qualifications

A successful candidate will possess the following:
• A graduate from an accredited nursing program (preferably CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA).
• A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred.
• A current, unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing, or multistate licensure if applicable.
• Commitment to maintaining department-specific competencies and certifications.
