Role Overview As the RN ADON, your leadership will be crucial in: • Supporting the Director of Nursing in managing daily clinical operations to uphold the highest care standards. • Leading, mentoring, and nurturing a dedicated team of nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). • Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement innovative practices that enhance resident outcomes and quality of life. • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while promoting a culture of compassion, respect, and clinical excellence. • Acting as a role model and resource for your team, building trust, and empowering fellow caregivers.
