Registered Nurse | OB / Labor and Delivery in Hillsdale, MI

Job Description Offering Relocation Assistance if you live more than 75 miles from Hillsdale, plus we'll pay up to $5,250 on your student loan! Work Schedule and Shift Premiums Full Time (Nights) 7:00 pm to 7:00 am | 36 hours/week, including every other or every third weekend • Hourly rate is $36.72 to $46.55 depending on experience • 2nd shift premium is $2.00/hour • 3rd shift premium is $3.05/hour • weekend premium is an additional $2.00/hour Benefits • RNs are eligible for a payment of $5,250 on their student loan • Insurance: medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, disability • Paid Time Off: vacation, sick days, holidays • Retirement: 403(b) with match • Education assistance and continuing education - many courses offered on-site at the hospital Qualifications • Valid Michigan RN license (may be able to work as a GN while you get your Michigan endorsement which is a quick process) • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred but not required; OB experience strongly preferred • BLS, ACLS, NRP, and TEAM certification (available through Hillsdale Hospital) Responsibilities • Collect and analyze assessment data, identify appropriate nursing diagnosis lists, and create individualized plan of care • Monitor patients’ conditions and maintain accurate, detailed and confidential reports and records • Evaluate outcomes and adjust nursing care process as indicated to ensure optimal patient care • Participate in unit specific/hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives and assist with activities that enhance quality of nursing practices Equal Opportunity Employer Company Description Hillsdale Hospital is dedicated to excellence in healthcare community service, continued improvement, and respect for human life.
