As a Registered Nurse in Occupational Health, you will play a vital role in promoting the health and safety of our workforce. You will oversee OSHA compliance initiatives and manage employee health records, ensuring our staff are healthy and prepared to provide outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
• Conduct clinical in-services and maintain accurate employee health records.
• Coordinate annual influenza vaccination efforts and respiratory protection programs.
• Respond to and document hospital-based exposure incidents for employees.
• Participate in Clinical Process Teams and support community health programs.
Position Requirements:
• Valid RN license issued by the State of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
