Requirements
Experience
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 22 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience.
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
License
Candidates must have a Oregon license

Additional Details:
All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Cannot be currently or recently (within 6 months) employed with network - Must have left in good status, if former employee.
ER profiles must include the size of the facility / # beds and the Trauma Level designation (if any)
Orientation for all Oregon facilities is in Portland, OR for RN, LPN and CNAs.
Required Skills/Experience: Skills: Recognition and Treatment of abnormal fetal heart, rate patterns, Triage.
Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. ID: Drivers License/State ID, Government-Issued Photo ID. BLS - Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or “Heart&Stroke” certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation only. NRP - AAP, AHA or Canadian Paediatric Society (CPS).
Unit/Facility Details: Must have a vehicle for this assignment. Parking Cost: No Fee.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission.
Shift & Scheduling: Is on-call required: No. Every other weekend.
Floating Requirements: Per unit needs. Please note, it’s common for travelers to float to other units based on their skill sets. AYA Healthcare professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S. Facilities: Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, and Seaside. Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW: This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
