Registered Nurse (On-Call Weekends) in Albertson, NY

Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states.  We are now hiring a Weekend On-Call Registered Nurse in Queens, NY. The Registered Nurse delivers care to individuals with disabilities in a community setting utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. This person will interact with individuals, significant others, and health team members while maintaining the standards of professional nursing.
