Registered Nurse - Oncology Clinic in Gresham, OR

Role: Community Hem/Onc Infusion Nurse Primary site CHO Gresham Shifting: 4X10 Days; 07:00 - 17:30 Monday-Sunday variable Contract Length: 13 Weeks Floating: Yes, floating to our five clinic locations (Beaverton, NW Portland, Gresham, East Portland, and Tualatin) will be required based on clinic needs. Preferences for floating location based on where traveler resides will be considered (as able) to meet overall department staffing needs. On Call: No Patient Population: Adult Hematology- General medical oncology. RN navigator will provide patient education and care coordination. Community Hem/Onc is comprised of 5 clinics. Certifications: BLS Required, Chemo Cert & ONS Required, Experience: 2 Years of Oncology Experience needed, the RN will be providing education and care coordination. 1 year of Ambulatory infusion experience required.
