Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Deliver effective, relationship-based nursing care through the nursing process. Apply technical nursing skills to ensure safe practice and positive patient outcomes. Communicate clearly and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care. Demonstrate leadership in clinical and operational settings. Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with Protected Health Information (PHI) guidelines. Participate in ongoing professional development and adhere to all departmental policies.
Qualifications & Desired Experience: Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelors (BSN) or Masters in Nursing (MN) preferred. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or Multi-State Compact license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications may be required depending on unit assignment. Proficient in the use of nursing equipment (e.g., stethoscopes, electronic monitors). Ability to handle physical demands including frequent lifting, walking, kneeling, and repetitive motions.
