This position requires onsite work and does not support remote or hybrid options.
Summary:
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver direct patient care utilizing your nursing skills in alignment with our organizational values and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and assess individualized patient care plans to enhance outcomes and optimize resources.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions effectively, collaborating across disciplines for comprehensive care including transfer, discharge, referrals, and addressing spiritual or psychosocial needs.
• Assess and identify educational needs of patients and families, providing tailored education that respects age, culture, and unique circumstances.
• Delegate care tasks to ancillary personnel and may play a role in mentoring new nurses.
This role requires critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited or state board approved nursing program. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state.
• ONS certification is required within the first 3 months of hire.
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required prior to the start date.
