If you're eager to make a meaningful difference, we invite you to join our team! $15,000 Sign-On Bonus Available for Qualified Applicants Responsibilities: • Respond to patient inquiries via telephone, assessing the severity of symptoms and medical needs according to triage protocols. • Guide patients to the appropriate level of care and schedule appointments with healthcare providers. • Document patient interactions and health conditions in record systems for follow-up care. • Maintain triage protocols and ensure timely updates to patient health information. • Educate patients based on inquiries received. Qualifications: • Graduate from an accredited nursing program is preferred; Bachelor's Degree in nursing is ideal. • One year of healthcare experience is preferred. • Current RN license in the state of practice, or multi-state licensure if applicable, is required. Must complete all licensing requirements within the first 30 days of employment. • Must obtain and maintain department-specific competencies and certifications.
