Location: Rowan Medical Center - Salisbury, NC; At 266 beds, Rowan is Novant's 4th largest hospital and has been serving the area since 1936.
As an Operating Room RN at Novant Health's Rowan Medical Center, you'll be trusted to deliver expert care to our patients during surgery. From circulating, equipment set up, and managing the OR, your clinical skill, judgment, and adaptability will help drive safe, compassionate care where it matters most.

• Education: 4 Year/Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
• Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required . What You'll Do:
• Circulating in the OR
• Patient positioning during surgery
• Ensure equpiment is set up properly
• Managing the OR during surgery
• Understand what the procedures are and what equipment is needed by the surgeon
