Job Overview: As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, you will collaborate within a dynamic interdisciplinary team, delivering patient-centered care in a diverse environment. Under the guidance of the Nurse Manager, you will employ evidence-based practices in alignment with the State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. You will utilize your nursing expertise to create individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and their families.
