Job Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will thrive in a collaborative setting, working closely with multidisciplinary teams in a patient-centered care model. Under the guidance of the Nurse Manager, you will employ evidence-based practices aligned with the State Nurse Practice Act and hospital protocols. Your role includes devising individualized care plans to address the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and their families.
Qualifications:
• Active RN license in Connecticut is required
• BSN is preferred
• Experience in relevant specialty is preferred
• New graduates may apply under supervision per State guidelines
