Knowing I have their backing makes each shift much easier.” Job Responsibilities • Provide high-quality, resident-centered care as an RN in post-acute facilities • Collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans • Communicate care options with medical staff, residents, and families • Monitor vital signs and perform lab work as necessary • Administer medications and treatments to residents • Document vital signs, nursing interventions, medical histories, and relevant information • Ensure effective use of medical equipment and devices • Assist with incident investigations as necessary • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of care • Train other nursing professionals and support staff as needed • Adhere to and be accountable for resident care plans Qualifications and Skills • Current Pennsylvania state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) • Successful completion of an approved nursing program • Minimum of 6 months experience in an RN or related role • Advanced skills in multitasking, organization, and communication • Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Experience the Flexibility and Career Support You Deserve As you explore Registered Nurse (RN) opportunities, consider joining a company that prioritizes your needs.
