Your Role:
• Oversee care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, and create personalized care plans.
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families, ensuring clear communication and support.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless care for our patients.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for fellow staff members dealing with complex patient needs.
• Play a vital role in celebrating patient milestones and advancements.
Qualifications:
• Valid RN license as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification is a plus.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
