Registered Nurse Opportunity - Bonus Incentive in Keizer, OR

Schedule: 32 hours per week with rotating shifts from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm, including Saturdays. Position Highlights: • Competitive pay ranging from $41.66 - $51.03/hour, depending on experience, with potential for higher rates for highly qualified candidates. • $5,600.00 Hiring/Retention Bonus Structure: • At Hire: $1,680.00 • At 180 days (6 months): $2,240.00 • At 12 months: $1,680.00 • Bonus will be pro-rated based on Full Time Equivalency (FTE). What You'll Do: • Provide compassionate care during patient visits, assessing medical history and vital signs, and developing baseline physical assessments. • Conduct phone triage to assess chief complaints and recommend follow-up care. • Document all pertinent health information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. • Assist healthcare providers in diagnostics and treatments. • Perform IV starts as needed, educating patients about procedures and possible complications. • Gather patient information regarding allergies and medical history. • Explain medications and side effects to patients while obtaining necessary consent. • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to create and implement patient care plans. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards. Qualifications: • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. • One year of clinical or outpatient experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) preferred. • Valid RN license required in the state of practice; dual licensure in Washington and Oregon required within 120 days of hire. • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required within 90 days of hire; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications preferred. • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. • Strong communication skills, effective multitasking, and ability to engage professionally with diverse populations. • Proficiency in computer software including Word, Excel, and EMR systems.
