Job Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in post-acute facilities • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop personalized care plans • Communicate care options effectively with medical staff, residents, and their families • Monitor and assess vital signs and collect lab samples as needed • Administer medications and treatments to residents • Document vital signs, nursing interventions, and medical histories accurately • Ensure proper use of medical equipment and devices • Assist with incident investigations when necessary • Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of care • Train nursing and support staff in accordance with scope of practice • Account for adherence to resident care plans Qualifications and Skills • Current Pennsylvania RN license • Successful completion of an accredited nursing program • Minimum of 6 months of RN or related experience • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs Take Charge of Your Career!
