Key Responsibilities:
• Providing high-quality, resident-centered care in post-acute facilities as an RN
• Collaborating with the care team to develop personalized care plans for residents
• Communicating different care options with medical staff, residents, and their families
• Taking vital signs and collecting lab samples as necessary
• Administering medications and treatments to residents
• Documenting vital signs, nursing interventions, and resident information accurately
• Ensuring proper use of medical equipment and devices
• Supporting staff in investigations of incidents
• Complying with all laws, regulations, policies, and standards of care
• Training nursing professionals and support staff as necessary
• Following and adhering to resident care plans
Qualifications and Skills:
• Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of relevant nursing experience
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
