Key Responsibilities:
• Lead patient assessments and create tailored care plans that address individual patient concerns.
• Deliver direct patient care while supervising treatments to ensure exceptional standards of care.
• Maintain effective communication with various departments to coordinate care successfully.
Qualifications:
• Valid RN license as per state regulations.
• CPR certification required (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification is a plus.
• Preferred one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
