Your Role as a Registered Nurse
• Oversee care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create tailored care plans that address patient concerns to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster meaningful relationships with patients and their families to support their unique recovery needs.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless patient care and provide direct support when necessary.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for colleagues, guiding them in managing complex patient situations and inquiries.

Your Qualifications
• Valid RN license as per state regulations.
• Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification is preferred.
• A year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
