Our Adolescent & Child Units provide a structured therapeutic environment aimed at helping young patients understand their challenges and develop effective coping mechanisms. Licensure Requirements for LPN: • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Active license in the state of practice required upon hire. Your Role: As a nurse, you’ll assess patient needs, create individualized care plans, and provide comprehensive support—physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual—while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Include: • Delivering patient care by interpreting physician orders and collaborating with healthcare teams. • Creating care plans based on thorough assessments, including medical histories and evaluations. • Educating patients and families on health requirements and self-care strategies. • Tracking and evaluating patient care against established standards. • Ensuring a safe and healthy care environment by adhering to protocols and regulations. • Documenting all patient care services accurately. • Maintaining patient care equipment and supplies. • Continuing education to enhance nursing competencies. Essential Qualifications: • Ability to work specified hours and perform all essential job functions with reasonable accommodations for disabilities. • Required education includes an active RN or LPN license. • Preferred: 1-3 years of clinical experience.
