Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide tailored nursing care to our residents. Collaborate with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and assess care plans. You'll be responsible for resident assessments, education, and various nursing interventions while ensuring safe and reliable care delivery.
Your responsibilities may also include serving as the charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel, and providing necessary support to ensure effective care administration.
Qualifications
• Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred, such as CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, including multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Maintains the required department-specific competencies and certifications.
