Facility: GSS KS Ellsworth Location: 1156 KS-14, Ellsworth, KS 67439, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Day Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: $24.00 - $48.00 Department Details: • RN Wage Range: $32.00 to $48.00 • LPN Wage Range: $24.00 to $36.00 • Full Time - 72 Hours bi-weekly • Day Shift - 6:00am to 6:00pm • Rotating Weekends and Holidays • Must be a Licensed RN or LPN in Kansas Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in delivering personalized nursing care through the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work collaboratively with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, including healthcare providers, to plan and execute effective care. You will: • Care for residents across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. • Coordinate care, conduct assessments, provide education, and perform various nursing interventions. • Lead as a charge nurse when needed and delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Your professional practice will adhere to the nursing standards outlined by the Nurse Practice Act and ethical guidelines established by the American Nurses Association. Qualifications: • Graduate from an accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA) preferred; Bachelor's Degree in nursing is a plus. • Hold an unencumbered RN or LPN license in Kansas or possess multistate licensure if within a Nurse Licensure Compact state. • Maintain required competencies and certifications specific to the department.
