South Tampa Team Lead – Registered Nurse or Paramedic Location: 4511 W Gandy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33618 Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview Replenish IV Solutions is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Paramedic to serve as South Tampa Team Lead. This leadership role is ideal for a clinically strong, service-driven professional who thrives in a luxury wellness environment and is comfortable supporting operations across multiple locations. The South Tampa Team Lead provides exceptional, concierge-level client care while acting as a key operational and clinical support resource for all Replenish IV Solutions locations, including assisting with client flow support at the Carrollwood location as needed. This role sets the standard for elevated care, documentation excellence, and team leadership. Core Clinical Responsibilities • Deliver premium IV therapies and injections with precision, professionalism, and care • Manage and support client care plans involving Weight Loss medications • Provide Ozone Therapy consultations focused on education and personalized wellness goals (Training and certification provided upon hire) • Create a calm, welcoming, and upscale client experience • Build long-term client relationships through concierge-style care • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely clinical documentation • Review and sign off on medical charts in accordance with company protocols • Monitor documentation for proper completion, accuracy, and compliance • Educate clients on wellness services, supplements, and retail offerings • Maintain pristine treatment rooms and shared clinical spaces South Tampa Team Lead Responsibilities Multi-Location & Operational Support • Serve as a clinical and operational support resource for all company locations as needed • Assist with maintaining client flow and staffing support at the Carrollwood location when required • Collaborate with Operations and Leadership to ensure seamless service delivery across locations Operations, Inventory & Compliance • Oversee daily inventory count sheets and perform weekly store counts • Coordinate inventory needs with the Inventory Manager and communicate updates to the Operations Manager • Maintain office cleanliness and presentation by assigning daily/weekly/monthly housekeeping responsibilities • Serve as an on-site resource for clinical protocols and documentation standards Leadership & Communication • Act as the first point of contact for basic logistical or operational issues while on shift • Develop practical solutions and communicate updates via operations and communication logs • Facilitate at least one staff training per month, including policies, products, services, protocols, documentation, and vitamin education • Review staff documentation and provide coaching or corrective feedback as needed • Perform additional ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse or Paramedic license in good standing • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience; leadership experience preferred • Excellent IV skills required • Strong understanding of clinical documentation and compliance standards • Proven ability to review and sign off on medical charts • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills • Client-first mindset with a polished, professional demeanor • Flexible availability, including every other weekend and occasional cross-location support • Reliable transportation for travel between locations as needed Why Join Replenish IV Solutions • Leadership with Impact: Play a key role in shaping client care and supporting multiple locations • Luxury Wellness Environment: Practice in an elevated, client-centered setting • Advanced Training Provided: On-the-job training and certifications in cutting-edge wellness therapies • Growth-Oriented Culture: Leadership development, continuing education, and advancement opportunities • Collaborative Team: Work with passionate professionals who value excellence and accountability Meaningful Work: Build lasting client relationships and support transformative wellness journeys Job Type: Full-time Pay: $31.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Education: • Associate (Preferred) Experience: • Nursing: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: • BLS Certification (Required) • RN (Required) Work Location: In person
