Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse in Orthopedic Trauma, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with medical teams to ensure the best outcomes. You will assess patients, monitor their progress, and provide critical education to patients and their families.
• Continuously assess patient conditions upon admission and during each shift, promptly addressing any changes.
• Administer prescribed medications and document care accurately in patient records.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and proactively address their concerns.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Qualifications:
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Must hold a Registered Nurse license.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing is required.
